Shipping & Delivery


1) Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your order details. After dispatch, a follow-up email will be sent with the courier partner’s details and tracking information.

Please note that products in a single order may sometimes be shipped separately. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed before handover to our delivery partners.


2) Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time: 4–5 business days for most locations. For certain regions, delivery may take 7–12 business days depending on accessibility.

Non-Shipping Days: No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of delays caused by festivals, courier backlogs, political disruptions, or natural calamities, we will proactively keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.


3) Force Majeure

Please note that delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as logistics issues, natural disasters, strikes, or political disturbances) do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


4) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier service details. You can use these details on the courier’s website to track your shipment status.


5) Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
  • International: Currently, shipping is limited to India only.
