1) Placing an Order

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including address, phone number, and contact details.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and expected delivery timeline.
  • Please review your order carefully; changes cannot be guaranteed once confirmed.

 

2) Delivery of Orders
  • Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery cannot be redirected.
  • Jyoti Products will attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable or fail to authorize someone to receive the order, the package will be returned to us.
  • Customers can arrange a second delivery attempt by contacting +91-63571-19999 +91-90540-33666.
  • Orders may be considered executed in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or untraceable address
    • Recipient not available or premises locked
    • Wrong phone number or unreachable contact
    • Recipient refuses delivery
    • Delivery accepted by someone authorized by the customer

 

3) Cancellation Policy
  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Since our products fall under the consumable category, order processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
  • If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. While cancellations are not possible, we’ll do our best to assist you with alternate solutions wherever feasible.

Note

In exceptional cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, or operational disruptions, Jyoti Products reserves the right to cancel an order. Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is treated as final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are accurate. Jyoti Products is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
