- Please review your order carefully; changes cannot be guaranteed once confirmed.
2) Delivery of Orders
- Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery cannot be redirected.
- Jyoti Products will attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable or fail to authorize someone to receive the order, the package will be returned to us.

- Orders may be considered executed in the following cases:

- Recipient not available or premises locked

- We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Since our products fall under the consumable category, order processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
